Summer High School Cross Country Running Program
Program Outline
- Coach Allison will meet with the runner for a FREE one-on-one consultation session and discuss goals, times, background, and other pertinent information to design a specific program for the athlete.
- The program will be 8-weeks in length.
- Detailed personalized training schedule for the athlete.
- One-on-one and/or group runs headed by Coach Allison are encouraged (additional fees apply)
