Running Club

The club is designed for everyone who runs – from beginner to elite runner. We meet three times a week. Two distance runs and one track workout during the week. During these three workouts Coach Allison will discuss issues such as stride length, proper pacing, form, breathing, endurance vs. speed training, and tempo runs. Plus, Sole Sports, Coach Allison’s sponsor, has free weekly runs from their store in Tempe on Mondays and Thursdays as well.

    Monday and Thursday runs 6:30 p.m. - Sole Sports
    Saturday 6:30 a.m.

  • Ahwatukee:  
    January to August: Weekly Thursday runs @ 6:30 p.m. from Ahwatukee YMCA
  • Tuesdays or Wednesdays 6:30 p.m.
    Track Workouts
  • First Sunday of the month - January to August
    Runs in South Mountain Park, Kiwanis Park, and Ahwatukee Foothills.
  • August to January: Weekly Sunday runs at South Mountain Park, Kiwanis Park, and Ahwatukee Foothills.
