If you are looking to get ready for a big race, set a PR, qualify for Boston, or just become a little more competitive in a particular event, then Coach Allison has personal training programs designed just for you.
- Marathon Training Program: up to 22 weeks
- ½ Marathon Training Program: up to 15 weeks
- 10K Training Program: up to 10 weeks
- 5K Training Program: up to 6 weeks
In Person Training Programs includes everything in the Running Club program plus:
- Initial FREE face to face consultation with Coach Allison
- Personalized training schedule

Off-site Running Plans
For those individuals who don’t live near the training locations, have a hectic work schedule, or simply cannot make any of our group runs during the week, but still need some guidance to get ready for a big race, than Coach Allison can construct a training plan for you. You will have a phone conversation with him where he will discuss your running background, goals, and race history. From there he will have a training program that he will send out to you via email within 3-5 days. During your training plan you may call/email Coach Allison for any questions, concerns, or information regarding your program. Each plan is less than $10 per week!

Fast Friends Running Plans
(Small Group Running Plans – 3 persons max)
Do you have 1 or 2 friends who are of like ability in regards to running speed or pace, and want to have a program designed for all of you? MCC has a great new way to save you money, but still have a plan with a personalized touch. These programs have all the amenities of a single-person plan, but are simply being used by 2 to 3 people. When putting these plans together your group is treated as “one runner”. Any changes or tweaks to the plans (which are allowed) are done for the group not just for one runner in the group at a time. It’s important that you find people of similar pace and ability as yourself or these plans won’t be truly effective. The money saved by doing these sorts of plans compared to a regular single-person plan is immense – from $10 to over a $100 in per person savings! The money you saved will pay for another race entry or two, even.

Nutrition and Training Packages
For those of you who desire a running and nutrition program that will maximize your training, then Marathon Coaching Consultants has teamed up with Koslo's Nutrition Solutions to combine both our company's strengths and put together running and nutrition packages that will give you all of the knowledge and support you need to help you to finish your goal race in the time you wish to attain. These packages will also give you a better perspective and understanding on principles of sports nutrition personalized to your needs that will provide you with maximum energy and output and minimize recovery time whether it be for race day or family day at the park.
There are two directions you can go with our nutrition and running programs: The first - Warm Up Nutrition and Running Plans and the second - Race Ready Nutrition and Running Plans
Warm Up Nutrition And Running Plans
Included in the Plans:
- All facets of MCC's training programs
- Koslo's Nutrition Solutions first tier nutrition plan which includes the following:
- An assessment of your current health and medical history.
- A review of your current goals, medical or sports related.
- Assessment of your physical activity and determination of calories expended.
- A computerized analysis of 3 days of food logs.
- A one hour consultation to discuss your personalized nutrition/meal plan that is appropriate for you and your goals. Consults can be conducted in person, via Skype, email, or phone.
- Recommendations for fueling pre-, during, and post-training.
- Handouts and supportive information.
- A follow up by email to review questions.
